CASE STUDIES

The below case studies of British Exhibitions that took place in 2023 and 2024 exemplify different approaches to representing blackness, as well as various curatorial methods, used to comprise an autoethnographic study to inform and produce The Framework. Interviews with industry experts and members of various black communities, academic research as well as my experience in visiting these shows has been used to asses these case studies.
